Leadership Program
DMECC hosts annual Youth Leadership Summits, immersive programs designed for young leaders aged 14 to 18 from across the globe. These summits aim to inspire the next generation of citizen diplomats by equipping participants with essential leadership and professional development skills. Through interactive sessions and activities, students address global challenges, fostering a commitment to peace, mutual respect, and cross-cultural cooperation. We gather teen leaders in a shared learning experience, where each NGO partner presents a specific challenges they are facing. Youth participants, working in teams, are tasked with developing innovative solutions to these real-world problems. This collaborative approach not only provides practical problem-solving experience but also deepens the participants’ understanding of global issues and the impactful work of NGOs. AI and Blockchain Games, Global Environment Simulation, Debate Sessions, and Guest Speakers ideas here to enrich the summit activities and provide a more comprehensive learning experience
Leadership Timeline
Social Good Phase
(4 months)
After the initial Youth Leadership Summit (YS-L1), participants will engage in a 4-month phase focused on Social Good. This phase allows participants to apply the skills and knowledge gained during the summit in real-world scenarios.
